To:  The State of New York and the City of Buffalo

We, the people, request the following for the former J. N. Adam hospital campus in Perrysburg, Cattaraugus County, New York,

* Preserve and protect the 500+ acres of green space ~ mature forests with diverse tree, plant and flower species; bird and animal habitat; ponds and streams that feed a public drinking water aquifer. Also preserve
for it’s outdoor education and recreation opportunities.

* Restore and preserve the architectural treasures designed by noted architect John Hopper Coxhead in the early 1900’s. These New York State Historic Register buildings deserve a beneficial reuse.

* Preserve and protect these natural and cultural resources for future generations.
